To operate Sabi, protect accounts, prepare evidence ledgers, support company-managed workflows, improve product quality, and maintain auditability for transparent move-in and move-out reviews.

AI and evidence

AI-assisted review may help surface visible issues from evidence, but deterministic rules compute guideline-based estimates. Sabi does not use customer evidence to make legal decisions or provide legal representation.

Sharing

Case share links are intended to expose only selected case context. Sabi does not sell personal information.
